He pursued his Residency Training in Urology at the University Hospital of Patras in 2013. In 2014 he got his PhD from the Medical School of the University of Patras, completing his Doctoral Thesis with Honors on the Surgical Treatment of Prostate Cancer. From 2013 to 2015, he specialized in Endourology (Flexible / Rigid Ureteroscopy, Percutaneous Nephrolithrotripsy) and Laparoscopic / Robotic Surgery by completing a two-year Fellowship Program of the American Endourological Society at the Hadassah University Hospital in Israel. He has authored 43 foreign-language articles published in PubMed, and 2 chapters in foreign language Urology books. In 2015, received the 1st Award with his study on Cystinuria (PMID: 25133928) among theses of the Jewish University of Hadassah. As a Researcher, he has participated in 3 multi-centre trials. He is a Reviewer in 12 international magazines. He is a Member of the most highly acclaimed international Urological Associations. He has participated in a great number of international conferences, and has presented a significant number of works at Greek and international conferences. His clinical and scientific interest focuses on the treatment of Urinary LIthiasis, as well as on the Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgical Treatment of Urinary Oncology.
