POSTGRADUATE TRAINING

Fellowship in Endourology - Urinary Lithiasis at the Glickman Urological Institute of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Ohio, USA.

He worked for four years as a Registrar of the Urology Department of the 401 General Military Hospital in Athens, and served for one year as the Head of the Urology Department at the 492 Military Hospital of Alexandroupolis. Since 2005 he has been serving as a full Member of the Teaching and Research Academic Staff & a Clinician at the Urology Department of the Democritus University of Thrace. He has received a scholarship from the State Scholarship Foundation, and has been a Fellow of the European Board of Urology (EBU) since 1999. Since 2004, he has been a Member of the European Board of Urology.

He is the Author of 60 articles published in international and Greek medical journals, has given more than 50 speeches as an Invited Speaker at Conferences and Scientific Meetings, and has participated as a Guest Surgeon in many live surgeries.
